As per the Australian Consumer Law, Red Fox Party Supplies do not have to give a refund or replacement if the customer simply changes their mind about a product. The customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement if the product has a major problem and is covered by consumer guarantees. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned if you have a change of mind, these include:

• Wigs
• Masks
• Lingerie
• Any items bought on sale

Please keep your proof of purchase – your receipt – so that we can verify the purchase. We have the right to deny refund or exchange to customers who do not show proof of purchase.
