Preparation

Microwave: Place the drops in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 700 W for two minutes, stirring every 40 seconds until melted. Repeat if necessary, following the pack instructions.

Double boiler: Partly fill the bottom pan with water and bring to a simmer. Fit the top pan in place, add the drops and stir until melted. Do not allow water to come into contact with the melting drops.
