Smooth, ready-to-roll chocolate fondant icing

Bakels Pettinice Chocolate Icing is a professional-grade ready-to-roll fondant with good stretch and texture for covering cakes and cookies or moulding figurines, toppers and other cake decorations. It is easy to handle and holds its shape when worked.

Remove the required amount, knead gently by hand until pliable and smooth, then roll to the required thickness. Place it over the cake, press into position and trim the excess.

Storage

Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protect from direct sunlight.
