Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 150°C
2. Combine pack mix, eggs and milk — beat on low for 2 minutes
3. Melt butter and chocolate together in 30-second microwave bursts
4. Add melted ingredients and beat on low for no longer than 2 minutes
5. Pour into lined tin (leave 2–3cm from top) and cover with foil while baking
