Smooth, ready-to-roll blue fondant icing

Bakels Pettinice Blue Icing is a smooth and resilient ready-to-roll fondant for covering cakes and cookies or moulding figurines, toppers and other cake decorations. It has easy handling properties, a subtle vanilla flavour, a matte finish and the consistency to hold its shape.

Knead lightly before rolling to your desired size and thickness. The ready-coloured blue icing makes it easy to create clean, vibrant decorations without kneading colour into white icing.

Storage
