Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Mix: Place ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk for approximately 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes. Scrape down. Whisk on second speed for 3 minutes.
   Alternative method (for a finer texture): Whisk on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Increase to medium speed and whisk for 10 minutes.
3. Bake: Fill your cake tin leaving approx. 2–3 cm from the top. Line tin with baking paper and cover with foil for optimal results. Baking times may vary — ensure the cake is fully baked before removing from the oven.
