This split cake contains neon pigments. Global Colours advises that neon pigments have not been tested by the FDA and are required by the supplier to be labelled Special FX and used on hair or prosthetics only. Follow the product label and applicable Australian requirements before use, and do not use the neon sections on skin or face unless permitted by the applicable directions.

How to Use

Do not add water directly to the paint. Use the flat side of a damp, not wet, face-painting sponge and swipe it across the split cake from side to side, parallel with the colour stripes. Position the sponge over different parts of the cake to vary the base, contours, highlights and contrast. Dab the loaded sponge onto the selected area, pressing rather than wiping, until the desired coverage is achieved.

Remove with water and soap, makeup remover or makeup wipes.
