How to Activate and Apply
- Add a small amount of clean water or suitable face-paint sealer to the cake.
- Work the surface with a brush or sponge until the paint reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Apply to clean skin using your chosen brush, sponge or applicator.
- Let the first layer become touch dry before adding another layer.
- If lines look pale or watery, use less water. Add more only when needed.

How Long Does It Take to Dry?
