Fierce UV blue for Special FX designs

Special FX use

Neon Blue is classified as a Special FX colour because its pigment has not been tested by the FDA. Use it on hair or prosthetics only, following the current packaging directions, rather than directly on skin.

How to use

Activate with a small amount of clean water or suitable sealer and work to a creamy consistency. Build the colour in layers, allowing each layer to become touch dry before adding detail or another shade. Test the finished effect under the lighting and through the glasses you plan to use.

Removal

Remove from hair or prosthetics according to the material and current product directions. Test first on an inconspicuous area.
