Create Custom Pearlescent Colours
Blend Pearl White with another Global Colours shade to soften the colour and introduce a luminous pearl finish. Experiment with vivid, neon or split-cake colours to create new reflective effects, testing your mixture before applying it to the finished design.
How to Activate and Apply
- Add a small amount of clean water to your brush or sponge.
- Work the surface until the paint reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Apply in thin, even layers and allow each layer to dry before adding detail.
Use a fine brush for highlights and delicate accents, or a damp sponge for an even shimmery base. Pearl effects are most noticeable when the finished design catches the light.
Drying Time
Thin, correctly activated layers are generally touch dry in under a minute. Heavier application, excess water, temperature and humidity can increase drying time, so check that each layer feels touch dry before adding detail or another colour.
Magnetic 20g Cake
The compact 20g cake has a magnetic backing that adheres to suitable metal surfaces and compatible metal palettes, making it practical for organised professional kits.
Removal and Care
Remove gently with mild soap and warm water, makeup remover or suitable makeup wipes. Repeat if layered colour remains rather than scrubbing. Allow the cake to dry completely before replacing the lid and storing it in a cool, dry place.
