Decorating tips

Practise with your chosen buttercream on a spare surface before decorating your cupcakes. Hold the tip upright, squeeze to form the decoration, then release pressure before lifting away. Adjust your buttercream consistency and pressure until the pattern holds its shape.

Mix different flower designs and icing colours for birthday cupcakes, celebration cakes or a floral cupcake display. The decorated cupcakes shown are inspiration examples; icing, cakes and other decorating accessories are not included.
