Recipe

Per 1kg mix: 250g eggs (5 medium), 450ml water

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Mix: Place ingredients into a bowl. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides. Continue mixing on medium speed for 10 minutes. Pour into lined baking tin.
3. Bake at 150°C:
   • 8x3" round tin — approx. 60 minutes (500g mix)
   • 10x3" round tin — approx. 75 minutes (1kg mix)
   Leave approx. 2–3cm space from the top of the tin. Cover with foil before baking for best results. Baking times may vary.

Storage

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
